I am a support worker looking for financial assistance to help an elderly man pay his utility bills. He is 70 and has a language barrier, he fled wife and children in his country of Ethiopia and since has led a very unsettled way of life. He is desperately trying to be reunited with his wife after 6 long years, but is proving very costly. He has become confused and worried over bills and has not properly understood them . He has brought phone cards and then has also been charged for the international calls on top. He is very anxious and wishes to start a fresh. Please can anyone spare this gentleman any spare cash?.
